    Enterprise Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Enterprise Sales Officer is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers.
    • The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Find new businesses and expand current customer base through prospecting and by liaising with the marketing team.
    • Drive sales funnel and own top-line revenue growth.
    • Own all aspects of the sale from qualification, need assessment, presentation and contract negotiation
    • Work with the marketing team to communicate Termii’s value proposition to prospects and users
    • Conduct product demonstrations and foster and build customer relationships
    • Channel sales and revenue goals by ensuring that all programs are operating efficiently and maximizing their effectiveness.
    • Manage pipeline forecasts against revenue targets
    • Maintain and manage existing customer accounts
    • Stay current with changes and developments in the communications industry. This includes gathering competitive information on products and services and sharing the information with product development, marketing, customer service and executive teams.
    • Manage complex contract negotiations and work with the legal counsel as required.

    Requirements

    What you should possess:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (An advanced degree is a plus)
    • Previous working experience in sales, marketing, business development or related field within a software or technology company
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Persuasive speaker and negotiator
    • Experience in CPaas / Telecommunications industry is an added advantage.
