Role Summary

•  We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive IT solution sales, lead and train a sales team, and ensure excellent customer engagement. This is a hybrid role with a focus on revenue growth and OEM relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
• Achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Leverage OEM partnerships to drive business expansion

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT solutions sales 
• Proven success in IT enterprise sales and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with excellent service delivery mindset
• Familiarity with top OEMs (e.g., Dell, Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Sophos, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable
• Female candidates preferred for gender balance
