    Enterprise Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic planning

    • Develop enterprise-level customer strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand the customer base
    • Set Sales Goals by establishing and managing sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators for the enterprise sales team

    Sales Supervision

    • Lead Enterprise Sales Team – manage and lead a team of Enterprise sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
    • Sales Performance management – Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and Maintain Relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level customers
    • Account Planning – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

    Sales Operations

    • Sales Forecasting – Prove accurate sales forecast and pipeline management to ensure revenue target are met
    • Sales Process Optimization – Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs
    • Compliance and Governance – Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with other functions, such as Service delivery, CX Operations, and Brand & marketing Communication, to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Executive Communication – Communicate sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to executive leadership and other stakeholders

    Revenue Growth

    • Revenue Growth – Achieve revenue growth target through new enterprise business acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention
    • Sales Enablement – Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed in their roles.
    • Sales Analytics – Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
