Qualifications
Experience and skills in Sales, Business Development, and Meeting Sales Targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement and relationship building
Skills in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Sales
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales or CRM software
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field is an advantage
