Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Executive based in Ibadan, offering the flexibility to work partially from home.
• The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• The role also includes promoting the company’s financial solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Sales, Business Development, and Meeting Sales Targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement and relationship building
• Skills in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Sales
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales or CRM software
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in financial services or consumer credit sales is a plus
