    Enterprise Sales Consultant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos for an Enterprise Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Occasional work from home is an option for this position.

    Key Duties

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and market engagement.
    • Drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets by effectively utilizing available resources.
    • Responds to RFP’s, tenders and develop new sales territory
    • Tracking sales targets with sales team by scheduling reviews-sales and pipeline.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
    • Build, maintain, and deepen long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and acting as a trusted partner.
    • Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and new product developments to inform sales strategy.
    • Ensure the availability and proper use of sales tools, equipment, and supporting materials.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing effective after-sales support when required.
    • Manage order processing with accuracy and timeliness, keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.
    • Maintain organized electronic records of financial and non-financial data and prepare relevant sales reports and forecasts.
    • Manage and grow the customer portfolio to maximize relationship-building and revenue opportunities.
    • Promoting organizations product and technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in IT/Enterprise solution sales with a strong personal network in the ICT industry.
    • Must have established OEM relationships (Sophos, Dell, HP, Huawei, Cisco, etc.)
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Self-motivated with strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening abilities.
    • Able to work independently or remotely within a diverse and dynamic team.
    • Proficient in using data-driven sales and marketing tools, including CRM and reporting software.
    • Skilled in prospecting, client research, and presenting insights using Word, Excel, and other tools.
    • Preferably female for gender balance
