    Employee Experience Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Employee Experience Supervisor plays a strategic and hands-on role in shaping an exceptional workplace culture. This role is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle, strengthen organisational culture, promote wellbeing, and foster an inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment.
    • The ideal candidate is a creative, empathetic, and highly organised professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building positive, people-first experiences at work.

    Key Responsibilities

    Employee Experience

    • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end employee experience initiatives.
    • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Business Leaders to ensure consistent and engaging touchpoints across the employee journey.
    • Monitor employee engagement metrics and support action planning based on insights from surveys and feedback tools.
    • Lead and support employee recognition and feedback programmes.

    Culture & Engagement

    • Champion initiatives that drive a connected, purpose-driven, and values-aligned workplace culture.
    • Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns, team events, recognition moments, and experiences that bring the company’s culture to life.

    Wellbeing

    • Drive employee wellbeing programmes — covering mental, emotional, social, and physical health.
    • Partner with internal and external experts to deliver campaigns, workshops, and activities focused on holistic wellness.
    • Monitor participation and impact, and suggest improvements based on employee needs and trends.

    Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE)

    • Support the implementation of IDE strategies and initiatives across the business.
    • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other stakeholders to drive engagement and awareness.
    • Facilitate inclusive events and programmes that celebrate diverse identities and perspectives.
    • Track relevant IDE metrics and report progress in alignment with organisational goals.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • 6-9 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related people-focused role.
    • Demonstrated experience leading culture, wellbeing, or IDE initiatives is a strong advantage.
    • Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic employee experience interventions.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline — able to design, deliver, and scale people programmes.
    • Deep understanding of culture, engagement, and the changing workplace landscape.
    • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
    • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity and a people-first mindset.
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and outcomes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, engagement tools, survey platforms, and internal communication systems.
