    Employee Experience Lead

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Good knowledge of HR processes
    •  Experience with HRIS systems Experience working directly with senior executives.
    •  Demonstrate the ability to influence and build high impact partnerships
    •  Experience growing and managing a high-performing team
    •  Process and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
    •  Experience defining, creating, tracking & owning HR processes from on-boarding to training & support.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    •  Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (minimum second class upper)
    •  Membership of CIPM is anadded advantage
    •  3+ years of experience in people or human resources role
