We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Product Specialist to manage our online presence and Lagos showroom operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Konga, or Shopify, and a basic understanding of networking and power-related products like Mikrotik, TP-Link, Peplink, and Victron.
This role combines online platform management, customer engagement, and showroom coordination to enhance the customer experience and optimize product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company’s online presence across platforms (Jumia, Konga, Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Respond to online customer inquiries and provide product guidance to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Provide customers with recommendations and basic technical support for networking and power products.
Oversee daily showroom operations, including assisting walk-in clients and maintaining product displays and stock levels.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor product performance and prepare weekly reports on inventory, trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience managing or supporting e-commerce operations (Jumia, Konga, Shopify, or similar platforms).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in retail, online platforms, or tech product environments is preferred.
Knowledge of networking and power products (Mikrotik, TP-Link, Peplink, Victron) is a plus.
