Job Description

• The Operations Coordinator who reports to an HOD is responsible for managing, updating and maintaining the inspection database. Will coordinate the scheduling of inspections at third party locations around the country and ensures support and appropriate resources to perform the inspections, reviews and sends inspection instructions to the Inspector and the site, reviews and completes inspection reports for correct information and accuracy, completes data entry.

Job Roles / Responsibilities

• Confirming receipt, accepting and response to Client Nominations for Inspection work
• Communicating the client Scope of Work to the inspectors in the field.
• Assign the optimal inspection resource to each inspection to minimize execution costs.
• Review inspection jobs that have been assigned on a daily basis in the Work in Progress (WIP) report and ensure that each inspection site has been contacted to set up an inspection date.
• Maintaining real-time operations What App platforms for the transfer of information in the field to coordinator and for production of operations reports.
• Coordinating the activities of all inspectors in the field as per the scope of work.
• Collecting data and maintaining accurate company or departmental records
• Providing field inspectors with the necessary support and resources to effectively do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
• Providing management executives timely reports that outline group productivity and workplace improvements
• Review inspection reports and photographs received from inspectors for correctness and accuracy.
• Follow-up with inspectors to ensure that inspection reports are not late.
