Job Description 

• Safely operate company vehicles, ensuring the well-being of passengers and cargo. Follow traffic laws, maintain proper vehicle maintenance, and exercise defensive driving techniques to minimize the risk of accidents and incidents.
• Plan and execute the most efficient and timely route to reach destinations, considering traffic conditions, construction, and weather factors. Familiarize oneself with various routes to ensure punctuality and avoid delay.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Manage site inspection visits, conveying clients to and fro our sites safely
• Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Perform routine checks on the company vehicle, schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance, book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
• Dropping and picking up staff when and where necessary
• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Scheduling car maintenance days’/mechanic visits
• General day to day logistics need within and outside the office as delegated.

Requirements

• A valid drivers license
• At least 5 years of driving experience.
