About the job

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Document Control/QHSE Executive to support our QHSE department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and driving continuous improvement in our quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ensure the company’s compliance with all accreditation and professional membership requirements.
• Work with Head, QHSE to manage the implementation and continuous improvement of our management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018). 
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, accreditation boards, and professional organizations to maintain valid accreditations. 
• Ensure the adherence to guidelines and codes of practice stipulated by professional organizations. 
• Prepare and submit required documents, reports, and certifications to maintain active memberships. 
• Work with Head, QHSE to lead internal and external audits for compliance with various industry standards. 
• Assist the Head, QHSE to drive the company’s policy on continuous improvement, quality management, and risk mitigation. 
• Act as the company’s key contact point for all regulatory and accrediting bodies. 
• Conduct awareness programs on compliance and quality-related issues. 
• Monitor changes in relevant standards and regulations, ensuring the company’s practices are aligned. 

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.Eng/B.Sc/HND in any field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/control within the Oil & Gas sector
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 and 1SO 14001
• Demonstrable ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas training accreditations
