    Document Control Personnel

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Personnel to manage, maintain, and update company records and documentation efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper record keeping, archiving, and ensuring that personnel and organizational documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible when required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and manage company documents, files, and records systematically
    • Ensure proper record keeping and archiving of both physical and electronic documents
    • Update personnel records and employee documentation regularly
    • Organize and store documents in compliance with company procedures
    • Retrieve documents and records upon request by authorized personnel
    • Monitor document versions and ensure updated records are properly maintained
    • Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and document distribution
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of company and personnel records
    • Support administrative and HR documentation processes where required
    • Prepare periodic reports on document status and records management

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Office Technology, Public Administration, or related discipline
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in document control, administration, or records management
    • Good organizational and record management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
