Educational Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent
On-the-job training or certification in food safety and sanitation
Skills:
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions and tracking inventory
Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer service
Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and sanitizing procedures
