Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to optimize business performance and drive growth.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Implement robust financial controls and processes to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks. Capital Management and Fundraising
• Develop and execute capital management strategies to optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities, including debt financing, equity financing, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead fundraising efforts through all possible channels, including venture capital, private equity, debt financing, and government grants.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate risk-return profiles and assess the financial impact of investment decisions on the company's overall performance.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, and market risks. Financial Performance and Key Metrics
• Monitor key financial performance indicators and metrics to track progress against business goals and objectives.
• Analyze variances and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
• Implement measures to improve financial performance and maximize shareholder value. Compliance and Governance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate governance principles.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to facilitate audits and regulatory filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior finance leadership roles, with at least X years of experience in financial management, fundraising, and strategic planning, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation.

Additional Requirements
