    Digital Marketing Specialist

    The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's digital marketing strategy, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving sales. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team, as well as other departments, to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
    • Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring that all digital channels are regularly updated with engaging and relevant content.
    • Utilize analytics and data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop integrated demand generation strategies involving SEO, targeted digital advertising, lead nurturing, and social media campaigns, targeting a variety of markets and key audiences.
    • Support all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Manage day-to-day execution of paid online advertising including search (CPC) and display (social and display network).
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns with assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Oversee CR integrations and reporting to ensure proper capture and delivery of leads; support lead nurturing activities; and report on lead outcomes.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, including agencies, influencers, and other third parties.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for new opportunities and tactics to drive growth.

    Key Skills

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Experience with analytics and data, including the ability to use data to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
    • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with overall business objectives.
    • Generate and analyze reports on digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support lead-generation campaigns and conversion rate optimization strategies.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

    Requirements

    • The Digital Marketing specialist will be expected to drive measurable results through their digital marketing efforts.
    • The role will be expected to stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for new opportunities and tactics to drive growth.
    • The Digital Marketing specialist will be expected to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the Marketing and Communications team, other departments, and external partners and vendors.
    • The role will be expected to think creatively and strategically, and to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • This role is a full-time position and will report to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
