    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Summary

    • As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence and all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research, strategizing with other professionals and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.


    • Develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services.
    • Effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Identify trends and insights.
    • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
    • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
    •  Allocate marketing investments
    • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
    • Track the website traffic flow and Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Skills and Requirements

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
    • Incredible attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Full understanding of all social media platforms
    • Problem solving skills
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement




    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field that enhances their ability to create original content relevant to promoting your business’s products and services.
    •  5 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
