    Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

    • We are looking for an energetic and experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our social media presence. We are not looking for beginners nor unskilled candidates.
    • We seek a genius with rare creativity; someone who can implement intelligent advertising that will pull people to our website.
    • Your goal is to increase traffic daily and ensure that the traffic generated turns to money.
    • If you know you can generate and increase traffic and turn that into money on a daily basis, this job is for you and you will be rewarded as such (or will not last very long).
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing the company's social media channels, and driving engagement with our target audience.
    • This role is key to promoting our brand and services to a global audience. Do not bother to apply if you don't have what it takes to get the job done.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Identify and target key customer segments through digital channels.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.).
    • Create and curate engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms.
    • Develop high-quality content including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and compliance regulations within the fintech industry.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and create compelling content.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet specific KPIs and objectives.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments.
    • Foster an engaged and loyal online community by creating and nurturing relationships with followers.
    • Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including contests, surveys, and online events.
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and social media channels.
    • Protect and enhance the company’s reputation by addressing and resolving any issues or crises that may arise.
    • Provide regular reports on digital and social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. 

    Required Qualifications, Skills, And Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the fintech industry.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
    • Familiarity with web design
    • Analytical and multitasking skills
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels
    • Excellent copywriting skills
