    Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist at Wragby will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, optimizing digital campaigns for performance, and supporting revenue growth through digital channels.
    • This role blends data-driven marketing, sales enablement, and digital conversion strategies to ensure every marketing activity contributes directly to pipeline and business outcomes.

    Core Responsibilities
    Demand Generation & Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), email, PPC, and the company website.
    • Run quarterly lead profiling and nurture sequences to drive conversion from MQL to SQL.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling ads and digital assets.
    • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise and SMB segments.
    • Organize and execute virtual events such as webinars and webcasts to enhance digital brand presence and audience engagement.
    • Implement retargeting and lead nurturing campaigns to re-engage cold or warm leads.

    Digital Sales Enablement:

    • Collaborate with the Sales team to convert inbound leads to revenue opportunities.
    • Manage CRM-based follow-up journeys and track lead progress from inquiry to closed deal.
    • Conduct digital outreach and follow-ups (via email or socials) for high-intent leads.
    • Analyze lead quality and pipeline contribution from each digital source to refine future strategies.
    • Ensure consistent handoff between marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
    • Support in utilization of OEM marketing development funds, ensuring proper planning, execution, and ROI tracking across eligible campaigns

    Performance Marketing & Analytics:

    • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to increase organic and paid reach.
    • Analyze digital campaign performance; track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and engagement rates, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 Analytics to report on ROI, CPL, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance.

    Marketing-Sales Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales and business teams to align campaigns, and revenue goals.
    • Provide sales teams with digital insights (buyer trends, campaign performance, and engagement data).
    • Contribute to content strategy that supports digital campaigns such as product spotlights, case studies, and customer testimonials.

    Reports:

    • Weekly and Monthly Digital Campaign Reports
    • Weekly and Monthly Lead Generation Reports
    • SEO and Social Media Performance Dashboards
    • Event Engagement and Traffic Analysis Reports

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital sales (preferably B2B/SaaS).
    • Proven experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and CRMs
    • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline attribution and MQL-to-SQL conversion management.
    • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
    • Excellent communication, creativity, and data interpretation abilities.
