What Duties Will You Have?

• Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Monitor online presence of company’s brand to engage with users and strengthen customer relationships
• Significantly increase customer engagement through social media
• Communicate with followers to promptly respond to queries and monitor reviews
• Create and execute actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through Facebook and Instagram.
• Promote Internal digital engagement on SharePoint, MS teams and Mailchimp.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science / Engineering or in any related field from an accredited institution.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Relevant additional qualification is an added advantage.
• Male / Female can apply and should not be older than 30 years.
