Job Brief
The Branding/Digital Marketing Associate’s responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, and periodically updating the company website. While boosting brand loyalty and creating commercial awareness.

Job Description

• Design and edit all brand marketing materials such as flyers, etc.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
• Manage and maintain a vibrant and engaging social media presence to grow current following by at least 100% by the end of the year
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website and social media platforms traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Proficient in marketing, art direction, graphic designing, video editing, and social media management
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
• Any other tasks that might be assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate our followers
• Proficient analytical skills with data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Excellent presentation and report-writing skills
