Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation and engagement with followers.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Create engaging digital content including posts, graphics, newsletters, and blog articles.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
• Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
