Digital and Email Marketing Executive at House of Nourisha

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Marketing as a Digital and Email Marketing Executive you will oversee and conduct our SEO strategy and Email Marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails, copywriting, asset coordination and scheduling
• Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, and retention.
• Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPIs
• Manage and execute email/SMS marketing calendar in alignment with the wider marketing strategy
• Identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines
• Optimise website copy and landing pages for search engine optimisation
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
• Research and implement SEO recommendations

Requirements

• Experience managing an email marketing program, preferably Klaviyo but not essential
• Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
• Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance (e.g. GDPR etc)
• Experience in growing, engaging with, and analysing the performance of an email marketing database
• Ability to create email marketing assets via Canva/Adobe Photoshop
• Proven SEO experience
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
