Silver Cross Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-dialysis patient assessments and prepare them for treatment.
• Operate and monitor dialysis machines during procedures.
• Administer medications and respond to patient needs during dialysis.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis care and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
• Certification or specialized training in dialysis nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of post-training experience in dialysis care.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Familiarity with dialysis equipment and emergency response protocols.
