    Demand Generation Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving market demand, brand visibility, and product adoption across assigned regions.
    • This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven marketing and sales activation strategies that support revenue growth, prescription demand, and market penetration for pharmaceutical products

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement demand generation strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives.
    • Drive product awareness and demand through coordinated marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and field activation programs.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Manage lead generation initiatives, promotional activities, and campaign performance tracking.
    • Coordinate with Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs)to optimize field performance.
    • Manage budgets for demand generation activities and ensure cost-effective execution.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners where required

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in demand generation, brand management, or sales/marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, prescription demand drivers, and regulatory considerations.
    • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
