Role Overview

• As an Interviewer/Data Collector, you will be responsible for administering surveys, conducting interviews, and accurately capturing data in line with project guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and administer questionnaires (digital or paper-based)
• Accurately record responses and ensure completeness of data
• Follow all data collection protocols and ethical standards
• Engage respondents professionally and respectfully
• Ensure timely submission of completed interviews and reports
• Report field challenges and feedback to supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Prior experience in data collection, surveys, or fieldwork is an advantage especially ACDRE/Social Research
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones/tablets for data collection
• Ability to work in diverse field conditions and meet set targets
