    Customer Support Specialist

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • We are seeking a result-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
    • This role requires a proactive individual who excels in cold calling and has a strong ability to convert leads into sales.
    • You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
    • Your goal is to create positive customer experiences while driving revenue growth.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct a high volume of cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
    • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to convert leads into sales.
    • Follow up on leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads for closing.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the team.
    • Stay informed on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
    • Continuously seek ways to improve the process and increase conversion rates.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

    • Proven experience in a sales support or customer support role, with a focus on cold calling and lead conversion (1-3 years preferred).
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanour.
    • Strong sales acumen with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and align them with our offerings.
    • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Resilient and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
    • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication or other related fields
