    Customer Success Associate

    • We are seeking a proactive and efficient Customer Success Associate to join our team at Termii. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support, answering questions, and helping clients fully utilize our platform to meet their communication needs. The ideal candidate is a  customer-oriented individual looking to further a career in the tech industry with a company committed to innovation and growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Champion  on all chat and support conversations across different or assigned  platforms
    • Ensure platform adoption by adequately supporting  our customers with necessary insights and payment information.
    • Leverage technology, tools, and automation to manage and support customers
    • Proactively conduct frequent customer pulse checks, customer satisfaction  to improve our product and service offerings.
    • Monitor and respond promptly to all chat inquiries, ensuring a response time of  within 5–10 minutes first response time in order to  provide timely support and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Provide customer support on Saturdays as per the assigned roster, typically once or twice a month, ensuring consistent service availability.

    Role Requirements. 

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Basic understanding of web applications and familiarity with online communication tools; tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
    • Passionate about helping customers and finding solutions to their problems
    •  Flexibility to change, innovate, create and think outside the box
