We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in booking travel arrangements and addressing inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding travel inquiries, flight bookings and general inquiries.
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding travel destinations, flights, accommodations, and travel policies.
Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or any related field with 1 - 2 years of experience.
Requirements:
Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
