As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, attending to service inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience for customers seeking leather restoration services.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via WhatsApp and other communication channels
Call customers to provide service updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
Prepare and send invoices, service reports, and job updates to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests
Ensure timely and professional communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Requirements
Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
2–4 years experience in customer service, client support, or front desk roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and WhatsApp Business communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling invoices and reports
