Customer Service Representative/ Merchandiser
- Job Type Full Time

- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers inquiries, and requests
- Stock and replace products to avoid damages
- Provide excellent customer service
- Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled
- Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficent manner
Requirements
- OND/ HND/ BSC
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience in a supermarket
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent Customer facing skill
- Good communication skill
