    Customer Service Representative

    Summary

    • The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.
    • This role involves managing customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints while maintaining high service standards.

    Tasks

    • Greet customers warmly in-person and over the phone, providing a welcoming experience.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
    • Assist customers with product recommendations, placing orders, and completing purchases.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and reporting purposes.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall customer experience is smooth and efficient.
    • Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their concerns have been resolved.
    • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Adhere to all company procedures and safety regulations during daily operations.
    • Perform other related duties as requested by management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • High level of emotional intelligence and patience in dealing with diverse customers.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
