Role Description

Special attention will be given to surgery patients, offering them empathetic care, timely updates, and clear communication about procedures and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications
