    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • As a Customer service representatives, you will be responsible to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
    • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service role and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
    • Our customer service representatives are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, developing & maintaining relationships with potential customers, negotiating, and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage incoming & outgoing calls.
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
    • Manage customers Signups, Purchases & delivery.
    • Work with sales team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
    • Knowing our products inside and out.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Admin, Marketing, Public Admin, sales, or related field
    • Proven experience in Customer service
    • Proficiency in using a laptop and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time.
    • Ability to build relationships.
