As a Customer service representatives, you will be responsible to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service role and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
Our customer service representatives are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, developing & maintaining relationships with potential customers, negotiating, and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming & outgoing calls.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
Manage customers Signups, Purchases & delivery.
Work with sales team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
Knowing our products inside and out.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Admin, Marketing, Public Admin, sales, or related field
Proven experience in Customer service
Proficiency in using a laptop and Microsoft Office.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's own time.
