Customer Service Representative

- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
- Attending to customer queries through calls and email
- Attending to customer complaint through calls and email
- Provide assistance base on partnership and vendor request.
- Customers feedback regards products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Inputting customer enrolment issue on the appropriate sheet for resolution where needs is require.
- Attending to customer queries on Reward App an escalating where necessary.
- Provide needed assitance to the customer service executives at various stores.
- Provide marketing support when required.
- Prepare report base on calls and email.
- Prepare weekely and monthly report on calls and email.
