    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
    • Reach out to clients occupying property
    • Provide accurate information about property listings and services
    • Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
    • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance client satisfaction

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in real estate
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple client interactions
