Customer Service Officer

- Qualification Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Attend to customers; take orders and carry out cash collection
- Making menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Candidates shpuld be well spoken, smart and ready to learn
- Candidates within close proximity to Lekki, Ikoyi and its environs are desirable.
