Customer Service Officer

Job Description
- Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance
- Attend to customers professionally both physically and over telephone conversation
- Record correctly and without error on the computer
- Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint and in a professional manner
- Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND qualifications with 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Must have good communications skill both oral and written
- Must be computer literate.
