Job Description

• Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance
• Attend to customers professionally both physically and over telephone conversation
• Record correctly and without error on the computer
• Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint and in a professional manner
• Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND qualifications with 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Must have good communications skill both oral and written
• Must be computer literate.
