Job Purpose

• This role is responsible for maintaining printing machines and extending the operational lifespan of machines and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee major printing machine maintenance activities.
• Ensure high-quality printing, design and development of printing processes, including production flow, assembly methods and printing equipment.
• Coordinate printing launches for new or revised products, including goal setting, team training and results evaluation.
• Manage and support shop floor activities under the direction of the Technical Manager and in line with established procedures.
• Schedule, coordinate, monitor and supervise printing support operations to fulfill orders and deliver to the relevant lines on time.
• Support printing-related decision making for new product lines based on product specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Experience:

• 4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point.

The Person Must Have:

• Team leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with acrylic/screen-printing processes or related experience
• Experience in printing machine operations and maintenance
• Good communication oral/written and report writing skills.

Job Purpose

• This role ensures the production of defect-free screens in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality screens and develop printing processes, including screen assembly methods and screen room equipment procedures.
• Coordinate printing launches for new or revised products, including goal setting, team training and results evaluation.
• Analyze screens to reduce costs and improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain screen room items and equipment records.
• Ensure daily collection of packaging materials, enamel, masking tape, squeegee rubber and other consumables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology or related discipline.

The Person Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with acrylic / screen-printing processes or related experience.
• Good communication oral / written and report writing skills.

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point.
