    Customer Service Intern

    We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to support our customer engagement and satisfaction efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company’s values of excellence and care. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service and communication within a dynamic work environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Customer Interaction:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
    • Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and prompt resolution.

    Order Support:

    • Assist in processing and tracking customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
    • Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
    • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.

    Customer Feedback Management:

    • Record and monitor customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
    • Support the development of improvement initiatives based on customer insights.

    Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
    • Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
    • Assist in documenting recurring issues and recommending preventive measures.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service quality.

    Educational Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
    • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
