    Customer Service / Admin Offier

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    • Maintain office records and documentation
    • Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

    Requirements:

    • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or administration
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
