Customer Representative at Dreams by DV8 Hotel

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their payment
• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable at all times
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Keep good communication with management staff
• Receive letters and packages.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Track record of achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
