Customer Relationship Oficer at Eden Solutions and Resources

A recruiting company in Abuja is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Customer Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Role:

• Support the planning and implementation of the Company’s Marketing and Sales Objectives.
• Identify, build and maintain profitable relationships with clients.
• Meet with clients to negotiate contracts.
• Involved in the follow-up of clients and referrals and convincing them to take up our services.
• Coordinate delivery of services and keeping the organization ahead amongst competitors through effective sales plans based on clients’ needs.
• Resolving clients’ complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping clients updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Improve sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and update customer database.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
• Strong negotiation skills
