    Customer Relationship Officer

    Company: Everyday Smag E-Restaurant

    Location: Rivers State University Campus

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Engagement:

      • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and online communication.
      • Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers within the restaurant.
    2. Order Management:

      • Assist customers with the ordering process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
      • Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    3. Issue Resolution:

      • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, working towards swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
      • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels for further investigation.
    4. Feedback Collection:

      • Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and areas of success.
      • Utilize customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our services and menu.
    5. Promotions and Loyalty Programs:

      • Promote and explain loyalty programs and promotional offers to customers, encouraging repeat business.
      • Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
    6. Record Keeping:

      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
      • Provide regular reports and insights to management based on customer feedback and trends.


    • Previous customer service experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
    • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
    • Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
