Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships that foster client loyalty.
• Manage communications, feedback, and service requests with speed and professionalism.
• Work with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.
• Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Experience, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience in Real Estate is an added advantage.
