    This position is designed to assist Hello Tractor in developing to manage a Hello Tractor's interaction with current and potential customers using data analysis about customers' history to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. 

    Job Summary:  The Customer Relationship Management administrative intern is responsible for managing Hello Tractor's interaction with current and potential customers using data analysis about customers' history to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. 

    Job Specifications Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Customer Relationship Management Administrative Intern
    • Willing and able to balance daily data entry tasks with database management responsibilities.
    • Ensure that all leads meet information quality standards, are properly processed in the system, and routed to sales in a timely manner.
    • Help drive sales staff adoption through documentation, support and training of new and current employees.
    • Implement and manage procedures to grow the marketing email database.
    • Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
    • Provide data entry support as needed for marketing and sales staff.
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data queries as needed for marketing and sales staff.
    • Create and maintain documentation on all aspects of lead and data management.
    • Develop a clear plan for enhancements to the current system and implement a strategy for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Must be meticulous and detail-oriented
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Logical and analytical 
    • Driven 
    • Fast learner and with a good attitude
    • Excel and HTML knowledge is a huge plus

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
