Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, updating product listings as needed.

Requirements
