We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and respond to complaints related to orders.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and assistance to customers.
Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, updating product listings as needed.
Requirements
Minimum age: 20 years and above
No prior experience required—recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in operating regular Windows software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
