We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Care Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and guidelines
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings and provide relevant information to clients
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Perform other customer service duties as required by the organization
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service role or a related field
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues
Strong customer focus with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems, including customer service software, email, and chat applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
