    Crop Scientist / Agronomist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques and improving crop yield
    • Assisting with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection
    • Keeping detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples
    • Managing teams of farm supervisors
    • Developing planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.

    Requirements

    • Excellent experience with greenhouse farming.
    • Experience with the planting of pepper, tomatoes, and other vegetables.
