Crop Scientist / Agronomist

Job Responsibilities
- Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques and improving crop yield
- Assisting with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection
- Keeping detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples
- Managing teams of farm supervisors
- Developing planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements
- Excellent experience with greenhouse farming.
- Experience with the planting of pepper, tomatoes, and other vegetables.
