Job Description

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Designer to join our organization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms.
• This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong design capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and brand collateral.
• Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Support content creation by editing photos, videos, and other multimedia materials.
• Maintain organized project files and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Conduct research on design trends and apply best practices to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide design support for campaigns, events, and internal communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and versatility.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication principles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
