Job Responsibilities
Strategic Research & Insight
- Conduct targeted market, industry, competitive, and macro-trend analysis to support strategic decisions
- Support internal performance and capability assessments across business units and functions
- Identify material strategic risks, opportunities, and emerging issues requiring leadership attention
- Use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to accelerate research while applying human judgment to validate relevance and implications
- Translate analysis into clear insights, strategic implications, and hypotheses, not just data summaries
Strategy Development & Execution Support
- Support the translation of corporate vision, ambition, and priorities into actionable strategic initiatives
- Assist in evaluating strategic options, scenarios, and trade-offs aligned with enterprise objectives
- Support alignment of business unit strategies with corporate strategic direction
- Contribute to the design and tracking of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Help ensure strategic choices are clearly articulated, understood, and mobilized across the organization
Strategy Execution Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress of strategic initiatives, programs, and key transformation efforts
- Develop and maintain strategy execution dashboards, trackers, and progress reports
- Identify execution gaps, emerging risks, and delivery bottlenecks
- Escalate issues with evidence-based recommendations for corrective action
- Support real-time performance and execution visibility for senior management
Performance Management
- Support the design, tracking, and refinement of strategy-linked KPIs and scorecards (e.g., Balanced Scorecard)
- Assist in preparing Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), strategy retreats, and budget alignment sessions
- Document decisions, strategic priorities, action items, and agreed follow-ups
- Monitor execution of performance improvement actions and report progress
- Ensure performance reviews focus on strategic outcomes, not activity reporting
Enterprise Alignment & Strategy Governance
- Support cross-functional coordination on strategic priorities and enterprise initiatives
- Assist with strategic planning cycles, management reviews, and governance forums
- Ensure consistency in strategic frameworks, assumptions, documentation, and terminology
- Maintain strategy documentation, decision logs, and institutional memory
- Uphold governance discipline across strategy formulation, execution, and review processes
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute ideas and insights that improve strategic processes, frameworks, tools, and ways of working
- Support identification of improvement opportunities across strategy development, execution monitoring, and performance management
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance the speed, quality, and relevance of strategic insight and reporting
- Document lessons learned from strategy execution, reviews, and retreats to support institutional learning
- Contribute to continuous refinement of KPIs, dashboards, and governance practices based on what works in practice
- Champion a mindset of experimentation, learning, and disciplined improvement within the strategy function without compromising governance or decision rigor
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, PMO, Performance Management, or related functions.
- Strong analytical rigor, strategic synthesis, and execution discipline
- Ability to translate analysis into strategic implications and actionable insights
- Experience supporting strategy execution tracking, reporting, and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
